Your Responsibilities • Participate in every phase of the investment process—from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to closing deals and managing portfolio companies. • Analyze industries and identify potential investment targets using your strategic mindset and entrepreneurial thinking. • Build financial models, assess business plans, and meet with management teams to evaluate fit and potential. • Play a key role in due diligence processes, deal structuring, and negotiations. • Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to implement growth initiatives and track performance. • Prepare investment committee materials and contribute actively to strategic discussions.

Your Profile • Outstanding academic background, with relevant experience in private equity, corporate finance, M&A, or strategy consulting. • Strong financial modeling skills and a solid grasp of business model evaluation. • Strategic thinker with sharp analytical capabilities and sound commercial judgment. • Highly organized, dependable, and capable of thriving under pressure. • Natural team player with integrity, a proactive mindset, and leadership potential. • Eager to continuously improve, challenge the status quo, and seek innovative solutions. • Fluent in both German and English; comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders. • Committed, ambitious, and driven—both professionally and personally.
