Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities. • Perform financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis to evaluate investment targets. • Support the due diligence process, including financial, commercial, and operational assessments. • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, including strategic initiatives and value creation plans. • Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution and portfolio management. • Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other stakeholders. • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications and Experience • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university. • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate M&A. • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and German. • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. • Passion for private equity and a deep interest in driving value creation.
