The platform has been active since 2007, has invested in more than 40 businesses, completed over 140 add-on acquisitions and helped create around 6,000 new jobs across its portfolio.
With more than EUR 3 billion committed across five funds, this offers exposure to a sizeable and proven investment environment.Responsibilities: Support transactions from first review through to execution including screening, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment materials.
Build clear views on sectors, market dynamics, business quality and investment risks. Prepare high-quality committee papers, presentations and decision documents for senior stakeholders. Work alongside portfolio leadership on growth initiatives, strategic projects, performance tracking and value-creation plans.
