Responsibilities Strategic and operational expansion of the venture capital practice at the Berlin office Advising companies at all stages of their lifecycle, in particular from formation through financing rounds up to exit strategies Advising on and supporting national and international venture capital and corporate-law transactions Advising investors, in particular business angels, family offices and corporate venture capital investors Conducting and managing due diligence reviews Drafting, negotiating and structuring complex contractual documentation in the venture capital context Legal support for restructurings as well as corporate and commercial law matters Further development and expansion of existing client relationships and active network cultivation Close collaboration with other practice groups and offices on interdisciplinary mandates Participation in the further development and strategic positioning of the Berlin office Requirements Several years of solid professional experience in venture capital, ideally at partner or partner‑track level Well‑established network within the venture capital, start‑up and investor communities Proven expertise in advising start‑ups, scale‑ups and investors Extensive experience supporting financing rounds, equity structures and exit transactions Confident in independently leading and developing mandates Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of the market and its players Strong business‑development skills and a clear interest in further growing a practice High professional excellence with a solution‑oriented, client‑focused advisory approach Interest in the scope to shape and actively contribute to building an office in its development phase Fluent English and experience with international mandates #J-18808-Ljbffr
