As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Principal to join their Berlin-based investment team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investor to play a leading role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing investments and supporting portfolio companies.
Working closely with the partnership, you will help shape investment theses, build strong relationships across the start up ecosystem, and act as a trusted advisor to founders as they scale. Tasks Source and lead high-quality investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and the wider technology ecosystem.
Conduct commercial, financial, and market due diligence. Present investment opportunities and recommendations to the partnership. Support portfolio companies on strategy, fundraising, hiring, and growth. Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to its broader investment strategy.
Profile 6+ years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a high-growth technology environment. A strong track record in evaluating investment opportunities and sound commercial judgment. An established network within the European technology ecosystem.
Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. A genuine passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and early-stage investing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
