Responsibilities Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for our new product line — from discovery and prioritization through implementation and rollout to continuous improvement Strategy & Market: Define and develop the product strategy, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), value proposition, positioning, roadmap and success metrics — based on customer needs, market dynamics and commercial traction Discovery & Validation: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to validate opportunities, identify recurring patterns, and translate market demand into a clear product strategy Standardization & Scalability: Convert early customer requirements into scalable, repeatable product features and avoid bespoke one-off solutions that harm long-term product health Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and align with commercial, operations and management teams to connect product decisions with business objectives, rollout realities and customer value Requirements Experience: You have more than 5 years of product management experience in B2B software, SaaS, platforms or similarly complex environments, including hands‑on experience building products in early‑stage (0→1) phases Product & Market Understanding: You understand customer problems, market dynamics and competitive situations and can use these insights to shape product strategy and positioning Commercial Thinking: You are able to link product decisions to customer value, scalability and business outcomes and work closely with commercial teams, not treating the product in isolation from the market Technical Understanding: You are comfortable at the intersection of software, operations and hardware‑backed systems and can discuss technical trade‑offs with engineers in depth Stakeholder Management: You can align a variety of stakeholders around a common goal while keeping the focus on the product Languages: You speak German at C1 level and fluent English.
As the role involves direct customer contact focused on the DACH region, you must be able to express yourself confidently and naturally in German.
