Associate – Infrastructure Investments Position Overview Role Title: Associate – Infrastructure Investments Location: Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full-time Languages Required: Fluent German and English (Written and Spoken) Preferred (but not mandatory) Sector Exposure Candidates who possess exposure to one or more of the following transaction types or sectors will be viewed favorably: Transaction Types: Infrastructure fund investments, direct co-investments, or secondary transactions.

Sectors: Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, Telecommunications, Environmental Infrastructure, or Social Infrastructure.

The firm partners with institutional investors globally and is widely recognized for its disciplined investment approach, long-term perspective, and highly collaborative corporate culture.

This role offers broad, high-visibility exposure across infrastructure fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions, providing the unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned investment professionals throughout the entire transaction and portfolio lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Deal Evaluation & Execution Transaction Analysis: Analyze and evaluate infrastructure fund investments, co-investments, and secondary opportunities across Europe and North America.

Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and investment return scenarios to support investment decisions. Due Diligence: Manage and perform rigorous commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on target investment opportunities.

Investment Committee Preparation: Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, financial analyses, and presentations for Investment Committee review. Market Research: Conduct deep-dive market research covering infrastructure sectors, emerging investment themes, and global macroeconomic developments.

Portfolio Management & Investor Relations Portfolio Optimization: Support portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation decisions, and ongoing risk management. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments and prepare regular, detailed portfolio updates.

Fundraising Support: Assist with global fundraising activities, investor reporting, and handling complex investor due diligence requests. Candidate Profile Academic Background: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline with an excellent academic record.

Ideal backgrounds include Infrastructure Private Equity, Investment Banking (M&A), Infrastructure Advisory, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or broader Private Markets. Technical & Soft Skills Financial Acumen: Advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative capabilities.

Judgment & Precision: Strong commercial judgment, sharp analytical skills, and high attention to detail. Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.

Language Fluency: Native or professional fluency in both German and English is a strict requirement for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
