In this role, the successful candidate will support the team across all stages of the investment cycle, from deal origination and execution to portfolio management.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain complex LBO and valuation models to evaluate potential investment opportunities- Assist in the execution of transactions, including coordinating third-party advisors (legal, financial, commercial) and analyzing due diligence findings- Prepare high-quality investment committee memoranda and presentations to support decision-making processes- Conduct detailed industry research, market mapping, and competitive analysis to identify prospective target companies in the DACH region- Support the monitoring of portfolio companies, assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives, and prepare regular performance reportsRequirements:- Fluent German (mother tongue) and fluent English are mandatory- 2–5 years of full-time experience in investment banking (M&A or Leveraged Finance) at a top-tier global investment bank (bulge bracket or elite boutique), or experience in mid-cap private equity- Outstanding academic record (ideally top 10% of the graduating class) with a degree from a top-tier university or leading business school- Advanced financial modeling skills (including LBO, DCF, and merger models) and solid understanding of corporate finance principles- Strong analytical mindset, commercial judgment, and ability to perform under pressure within a highly collaborative team environmentApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
