Our M&A/private equity team provides ongoing advice on corporate law issues and comprehensive advice on transactions. Our clients include, in particular, mid-cap private equity investors and their portfolio companies. To support our team, we are always looking for

Your profile

• You have an excellent academic record (at least 9 points in the state exam, without the university grade of the specialization)

• You enjoy creative and independent work

• You are highly motivated, quick on the uptake, can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team

• You are fluent in German and have good English skills

• No previous experience in Private Equity/ M&A required - just your interest and your desire to deal with new things!
