YOUR TASK

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach‑buddy system, from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Expect diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

• Participation in transactions, including the creation of commercial factbooks and information memoranda

• Support and co‑development of growth strategies, accompanying our clients in their buy‑and‑build/platform strategies

• Identification of investment opportunities through target screenings

• Participation in the development of market models and validation of business plans

• Conducting primary and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analysis, particularly expert interviews

• Supporting product development and project‑ and topic‑specific customer management

• Active participation in the further development of Analysys Mason (OKR system)

YOUR PROFIL

• Completed Master’s degree and first practical work experience from a previous full‑time job in consulting (especially transaction consulting/M&A and strategy), private equity or venture capital are ideal

• You have an eye for detail and work carefully, accurately and approach tasks proactively

• You communicate openly and you have good to very good presentation skills and would like to develop these skills further

• Your team can rely on you, you are actively involved and make an active contribution to the overall success of the team and the company

• You want to keep learning, are open to new challenges and see constructive feedback as an opportunity for personal development

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Excellent language skills in German and English
