You will provide guidance, structure, and support to ensure they are empowered to foster community and contribute meaningfully to our inclusive culture. /liliDiversity Hiring Support: Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition teams to design, implement, and measure diversity hiring initiatives.

You will help manage community partnerships and talent acquisition events focused on building diverse talent pipelines. /liliInclusive Leadership Training Coaching: Supporting On’s leaders with coaching and training to bring inclusion and allyship to life with strong inclusive leadership skills. /liliInternal Consulting: Act as the dedicated DI subject matter expert and consultant for leaders and teams.

Exposure to the US market is a plus. /liliDemonstrated experience in managing, scaling, or providing direct support to employee resource groups (ERGs) or inclusion groups. /liliA strong background in partnering with recruitment teams to develop and implement successful diversity hiring programs. /liliDeep understanding of the unique cultural nuances, challenges, and legal landscapes related to DI in various countries across EMEA, APAC Americas. /liliLeading with data: you know how to use metrics and insights to drive leader accountability and measure the impact of your initiatives. /liliA collaborative mindset: you excel at leading cross-functional projects and navigating ambiguity to achieve shared goals. /liliSelf-motivated: you are a self-starter skilled at proactively developing ideas, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and executing with a hands-on approach. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pOn is a place that is centered around growth and progress.

As we continue to evolve our approach, we are looking for a passionate DI Lead to own our regional strategy, drive inclusion initiatives, and champion a culture of equity and belonging. /ph3Your mission /h3ulliRegional Strategy Ownership: Own and execute the DI strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with our global goals while effectively tailoring programs to meet local needs and regulatory requirements. /liliInclusion Group Management: Serve as the primary lead and advocate for our global Inclusion Groups.

You will develop and provide resources, toolkits, and best practices to embed inclusive behaviors and processes. /liliData Reporting: Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of specific DI initiatives.

You will be responsible for analyzing data, reporting on progress to leadership, and making data-driven recommendations for future action. /liliImpact Storytelling: Own regional insights, data, and stories to the Diversity and Inclusion section of On’s annual Impact Progress Report. /li /ulh3Your story /h3pIn addition to a specific passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment, we hope you’ll also bring: /pulli7-10+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with a proven track record of leading DI initiatives across the EMEA region.
