Description As a Senior Associate (m/f/d) Commercial Due Diligence within A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, you will support the CDD leadership team in advising leading private equity funds and their portfolio companies on strategic commercial decisions throughout the transaction lifecycle.

As part of A&M’s integrated team, the Director (m/f/d) will collaborate with colleagues from Corporate Transformation, and Transaction Advisory & Valuations practices, leveraging a broad range of resources and expertise across sectors and geographies.

How You Will Contribute • • Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of (commercial) due diligence projects together with the CDD leadership team in various industries. • Gather data through desk research, performing expert interviews, and conducting surveys. • Drive in-depth analyses to uncover risks for the transaction and identify opportunities for post‑transaction value creation. • Work with cross‑functional project teams to address challenges and drive results and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD. • Deliver reports that focus on the key topics at highest quality in the shortest possible time.
