The position involves leading and delivering large, complex engagements for private equity-backed food and beverage companies, working closely with PE deal teams and operating partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate the operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production and manufacturing facilities
• Analyse current and historical operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance across production lines
• Identify and quantify value creation and cost improvement opportunities, including lean transformations, waste reduction, and site consolidation
• Develop end-to-end transformation roadmaps tailored to food production environments with clear impact assessment and implementation planning
• Lead execution, oversee high-quality deliverables, and manage teams and client relationships for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
Requirements
• Extensive professional experience combining industry and consulting with a strong track record in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or adjacent manufacturing sectors
• Proven experience working for or with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies
• Deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, or Footprint Optimisation within food production
