Key Responsibilities Evaluate the operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production and manufacturing facilities Analyse current and historical operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance across production lines Identify and quantify value creation and cost improvement opportunities, including lean transformations, waste reduction, and site consolidation Develop end-to-end transformation roadmaps tailored to food production environments with clear impact assessment and implementation planning Lead execution, oversee high-quality deliverables, and manage teams and client relationships for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies Requirements Extensive professional experience combining industry and consulting with a strong track record in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or adjacent manufacturing sectors Proven experience working for or with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies Deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, or Footprint Optimisation within food production Fluent German and English communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global consulting firm with entrepreneurial professionals, is seeking a Senior Associate / Director for its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice in Germany (Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Hamburg).
