In close collaboration with our Customer Success team, you ensure that customers are not only satisfied after closing but also realize measurable success with our platform. Responsibilities As a Senior Account Executive, you independently own the complete end-to-end sales process for your accounts.
You ensure our deals receive the necessary attention, our pipeline scales, and customers achieve measurable results with AI. You build sustainable relationships with C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders. You translate complex technical topics into clear business value and position yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers.
Requirements You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in a startup/scaleup) and can demonstrate a clear track record of success. Experience selling to the mid-market/SMEs is desirable. You confidently sell to C-level and senior decision-makers in technically oriented organizations.
You have a strong technical understanding and experience with AI products. You work in a structured way using SPICED, SPIN or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and follow a consultative approach. You communicate fluently in German and English.
