A Day in the Life This position is responsible for leading the implementation and adoption of robotic technology within hospitals by developing training programs and providing clinical support to physicians and healthcare teams.
Working closely with commercial and clinical teams, the individual will identify growth opportunities, drive technology adoption, and contribute to improved clinical outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities Develop the infrastructure required to support the education and training of healthcare professionals, while promoting knowledge of robotic technology among internal staff as needed Develop and manage the inventory and procedural kit strategy for robotic procedures, driving robot utilization and supporting overall program management Partner with field teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and clinical support for Medtronic customers Identify and execute growth opportunities in collaboration with the Sales and Clinical Support teams Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with relevant experience in a hospital environment.

Advanced English proficiency. Availability to provide 24/7 on-call support, as required. Position location: San Juan, Puerto Rico. Annual salary range $72,025 USD For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
