As the Head of Operations, you will lead the Product Operations Team from Application Engineering, Service & Support and Production Planning to Spare Part Business.

Job functions : • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets • Oversee end-to-end operations, including supply chain, order fulfilment, production, customer success, and aftersales services • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all operational areas • Establish and manage robust supplier relationships, including identification, qualification, contract negotiations, and onboarding • Implement effective procurement and demand planning processes • Optimize warehouse operations, focusing on spare parts management and inventory control • Ensure seamless execution of customer projects from order to delivery and after-sales support • Implement and refine processes for customer engagement, internal coordination, and production • Oversee production partnerships, including contract management, quality assurance, and claims resolution • Lead customer-facing negotiations and issue resolutions • Implement systems for performance assessment across our deployments Requirements • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record in scaling operations in a high-growth technology or robotics environment • Strong understanding of industrial robotics and automation technologies, and their applications in infield use cases • Very hands‑on, driven by a getting‑things‑done mindset and a desire for executional excellence • Exceptional problem‑solving and conceptional skills • Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and motivating cross‑functional teams • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, internal and external • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master, MBA or other advanced degree of advantage • Strong communication skills (also written), and business fluent in German and English (C1 level) • Valid driving license for Germany/EU • Valid German residency.
