Job Title: Private Equity Associate Location: Germany Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are partnering with a leading global private equity firm with a strong presence in Germany and a proven track record of successful investments across various industries.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-impact transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management, while gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries and investment strategies. Perform financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis to evaluate investment targets.

Support the due diligence process, including financial, commercial, and operational assessments. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, including strategic initiatives and value creation plans.

Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other stakeholders. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university. 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate M&A. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and German. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Passion for private equity and a deep interest in driving value creation.
