This is a builder's role: start from the best available models and turn them into reliable, real-time systems that detect, track, and re-identify objects across cameras, running efficiently on edge hardware. /p h3What You’ll Work On /h3 ul liCross-camera object re-identification (ReID) for people and vehicles across distributed camera networks /li liHigh-throughput object detection and multi-object tracking across many simultaneous video streams /li liVision-language models (VLMs) for open-vocabulary detection and scene understanding /li liVideo ingestion and streaming (RTSP, WebRTC) from camera to model /li liEdge deployment: TensorRT, quantization, pruning for real-time targets on Jetson and edge-class devices /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years shipping computer vision or ML systems in production /li liStrong grasp of SOTA techniques for cross-camera ReID, detection, and tracking /li liHands-on VLM experience /li liExperience deploying models to edge hardware (TensorRT, quantization, latency tuning) /li liStrong Python and PyTorch (or JAX) /li liBased in or willing to relocate to Zurich, Switzerland (remote considered for exceptional candidates) /li /ul h3What is TechTree? /h3 pTechTree combines AI agents with a human support team to give candidates a better, more transparent hiring experience. /p pOur AI Agent gets to know your background, experience, and what you're optimising for.
