You will actively help shape the company’s sales structures.

Take on varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation and product presentations to developing the best possible solution for the customer. Primarily manage inbound leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Occasional cold outreach may be required.
Conduct complete end-to-end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstration through to contract closing. Attend medical congresses and trade shows. Identify and open up new lead channels and continuously optimize existing channels. Requirements Enjoy phone-based outreach and the ability to engage and persuade people.
Confident handling of stressful situations and a goal-oriented work approach. Experience working with sales targets in previous roles is desirable. Strong communication skills. Fluent German (C2). Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate to Munich. Nice to have: experience in healthcare and sales.
