As part of a lean, entrepreneurial team, you will work at the centre of this international ecosystem, collaborate with exceptional founders, investors and industry leaders, assume meaningful responsibility from day one, and help build Tholus Capital into one of Europe's leading venture capital firms focused on defense, resilience and strategic technologies.

Working closely with the investment team, you will evaluate emerging technologies, conduct market research, support due diligence and engage directly with founders and investors across Europe, North America and allied nations.

Candidates should be based in Europe and must be citizens of a NATO member state or another allied nation. Regular travel within and outside of Europe will be required.
