WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT: Intersection between Private Equity and Consulting Fast-paced projects (2-4 weeks) High exposure to B2B technology industries Staffing on live projects from week 1 Supportive network of mentors, colleagues and buddies Fast learning through training, coaching and open feedback Fast promotion cycles possible for high performers WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Top performing Associate with first work or internship experience in high-performance environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, strategy departments, etc.) Academic backgrounds: Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Medicine Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills Strong academic credentials , and a strong entrepreneurial drive ‘Can do attitude’ and a positive mindset The ability and curiosity to learn everything required to become a top management consultant Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German (fluency in a third language impresses us) SOUNDS LIKE YOU?
