Analyze legal documents at both the fund and portfolio level to determine their economic impact from the client\'s perspective. Synthesize your findings into presentations and present them to our clients and their asset managers. Help advance our analytics tools, internal processes, and benchmarking databases.
Grow with us and take on additional project and business development responsibilities. Requirements Consultant with experience at a top management consulting firm, with a proven track record and strong quantitative skills, who prefers to travel less. Previous experience in private markets and/or in technology-driven businesses is a plus.
Strong intrinsic motivation to tackle complex problems at the intersection of finance and law. You treat precision as a principle, not as a burden. Ability to continuously challenge tools, processes, and results to improve them. Strong academic background from a leading university in business or finance.
