BayBG provides equity capital to enable innovation, growth, acquisitions, succession planning and capital structure optimisation for SMEs. The role involves acquiring, structuring and managing equity stakes and mezzanine participations, with a particular emphasis on business succession transactions.

The Investment Manager will work alongside lead investors — including family offices, private equity firms and management teams — on buyout transactions (MBOs, MBIs and OBOs), structuring financing solutions with co-investors and lending partners.
