You must be a qualified solicitor, and have around 6 years + experience in practical and commercial issues relating to implementation and operation of rewards structures, cash incentive plans and employee equity. Drafting plan rules, shareholders circulars, employer and employee communications, trust documents.We will also be happy to hear from experienced corporate solicitors who are keen to retrain or focus on Equity Incentives.
