Your role at Kittl

You’ll run and scale Kittl’s influencer partnerships. We’ve worked with 1,000+ influencers, and they’re one of our biggest acquisition channels for print-on-demand sellers and small product businesses. Your job is to automate, scale and build it out into a channel that keeps growing without a bigger team. From there, it expands into affiliates and business partnerships. We want someone who moves fast, sells well and uses AI to do the work of a small team.

What you'll do

• Run and scale influencer partnerships: Own our influencer programme day to day and grow the subscriptions it brings in
• Automate it: Turn sourcing, outreach, onboarding and reporting into AI workflows, so the channel scales without a bigger team
• Sign the right influencers: Find, pitch and close the influencers our sellers listen to, and move budget to the ones that convert
• Build it out as an acquisition channel: Make it measurable and forecastable, with clear reporting on spend against subscriptions
• Expand: Grow into affiliates and business partnerships with the platforms, tools and communities our sellers already use

What you'll need

• Growth you owned: Around 3 years in a startup or scale-up, in a founders associate, growth or BizOps role, where you moved a number yourself
• Commercial instinct: You've pitched and closed deals or partnerships yourself and enjoy the negotiation
• Problem-solver: You take an unclear problem, work it out from the data and explain your reasoning
• AI-native builder: You've built at least one AI workflow (Claude, n8n, Make or similar) that changed how much you could get done
• Proactive and creative: You say "this happened, so I solved it" rather than "what should I do?", and you try angles others haven't

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer, creator or affiliate partnerships
• E-commerce, print-on-demand or creator-economy background
