Resonance Spaces develops AI-powered training platforms for structured, multilingual, and inclusive conversations. People practice feedback, conflict, and controversial discussions with AI conversation partners and receive immediate, easy-to-understand feedback. Schools, universities, and other organizations use our solutions to strengthen communication and leadership skills and enable new forms of democratic dialogue.

Our first product version is working and has already been tested by more than 1,000 participants in anonymized practice sessions. Now, we are building it into a sustainable business.

As our third co-founder, you will take ownership of the area that will make the decisive difference at this stage: market and finance. You will win our first paying customers and create the commercial foundation for sustainable growth—with genuine decision-making authority and as an equal member of the founding team.

Your responsibilities:

Engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and win paid pilot projects and long-term customers. Develop clear offerings and pricing models, lead sales conversations, and build a robust financial plan. Prepare future financing rounds and shape our structures, priorities, and strategy as part of the founding team.

Why this role is special: Genuine co-creation: You will shape our market strategy, pricing, finances, and company from the outset. The right moment: The product and practical experience are already in place, while the key commercial decisions are still open. Purpose and team: Antonia leads content and partnerships, Martin leads product and AI, and you will lead market and finance. Together, we strengthen people’s ability to navigate conflict and different perspectives constructively.

The framework: This is a genuine co-founder position with equity, long-term prospects, and your own area of responsibility and decision-making. We are aiming to secure 12 months of EXIST funding starting in November 2026. Subject to approval and individual eligibility, current funding provides between €1,000 and €3,000 per month, depending on your status, potentially plus a child allowance. At this early stage, we cannot guarantee a salary. Future compensation will depend on revenue or additional funding.

Requirements

You have sold a complex product or service to organizations and can demonstrate concrete results. You combine strong commercial judgment with confidence in working with numbers. You enjoy speaking with customers and quickly turn insights into decisions and action. You take ownership and remain effective even when not everything has been defined yet. You are looking for a long-term, full-time co-founder role—not a consulting position. You have professional-level German and very good English skills. Experience, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to learn matter more to us than a flawless CV or a particular academic qualification.
