What we're looking for As a Welding Technician at tozero, you’ll be a vital part of our engineering team, performing welding, fabrication, and repairs on a wide range of metal equipment and fixtures.

What you can expect • Welding & Fabrication : Perform welding on various metals, including TIG, MIG, and MMA processes, following technical documentation and quality standards. • Troubleshooting & Repairs : Repair a wide range of equipment, from boilers to water tanks, ensuring minimal downtime. • Maintenance of Bleachers & Equipment : Inspect, maintain, and repair still and rolling bleachers and related fixtures. • Collaboration with Engineering : Work closely with the engineering team to ensure process efficiency and smooth integration of welding tasks into plant operations. • Safety & Quality Assurance : Ensure all welding works meet safety protocols and quality standards, addressing any errors or inconsistencies promptly. • Equipment Maintenance : Maintain and adjust welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Your profile • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Strong knowledge of welding equipment and tools • Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control skills Soft Skills • Proactive and hands‑on approach to tasks • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Motivated by a sense of purpose and eager to contribute to the company’s mission Why us?
