Job Overview Are you passionate about investing, portfolio management and capital markets? Do you keep a pulse on the latest trends in indexing, ETFs, structured products and innovative investment strategies?

We are looking for a resourceful self‑starter with a quantitative academic background, professional experience in equity markets, derivatives or index maintenance, and a curiosity for trends in investing. Please note we are open to hiring at Senior Associate or Vice President level based on skills and experience.

Your Tasks Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of quantitative equity indices, balancing operational execution with an understanding of the underlying investment strategy to ensure accuracy, stability, and timely delivery across all rebalancing cycles.

Execute systematic, rules‑based selection and rebalancing of both Solactive and client indices. Leverage quantitative investment expertise to maintain and implement rules‑based methodologies for index selection, weighting, and systematic rebalancing. Enhance and maintain index algorithms within the company’s framework.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in index operations. Collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts and developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Your Profile Academic degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or Engineering.

At least 6 years of experience in equity markets execution, portfolio management, index management, or in a similar process‑driven financial environment, with exposure to quantitative models, portfolio concepts, or systematic investment strategies.

Familiarity with quantitative investing concepts, investment strategies, portfolio optimization or a related field. Innovative, analytical thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple operational cycles and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
