Your Tasks • • Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of quantitative equity indices, balancing operational execution with an understanding of the underlying investment strategy to ensure accuracy, stability, and timely delivery across all rebalancing cycles. • Execute systematic, rules‑based selection and rebalancing of both Solactive and client indices. • Leverage quantitative investment expertise to maintain and implement rules‑based methodologies for index selection, weighting, and systematic rebalancing. • Act as a key contact for an international client base, including leading investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading desks, translating complex quantitative concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Enhance and maintain index algorithms within the company’s framework. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in index operations. • Collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts and developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your Profile • • Academic degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or Engineering. • At least 6 years of experience in equity markets execution, portfolio management, index management, or in a similar process‑driven financial environment, with exposure to quantitative models, portfolio concepts, or systematic investment strategies. • Familiarity with quantitative investing concepts, investment strategies, portfolio optimization or a related field. • Innovative, analytical thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and high attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple operational cycles and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset and intercultural competence. • Proficiency in Python is required while experience in VBA, MATLAB or SQL is an asset. • Fluency in English.
