The Role Job Title: Venture Development Working Student / Intern (6 months) Location: Berlin, Germany Why this role matters We have built a powerful AI-native platform for the energy sector, and now we need a highly entrepreneurial operator to help us spin up our commercial engine.

Working at the intersection of GTM strategy, sales, and operations, you will have a front-row seat to building a venture from 0 to 1.

What you'll do You will own the execution of our outbound growth strategy and operational setup, proving our commercial model and helping shape the company's early-stage GTM strategy. • Build and scale our outbound lead generation engine, testing new channels from LinkedIn to cold phone outreach. • Pick up the phone and execute cold outreach to book qualified demos with German industrial SMEs, validating market demand. • Work with our existing sales scripts, iterating on messaging and co-developing high-converting playbooks from scratch. • Build scalable CRM pipelines and automate prospecting workflows to streamline our GTM engine. • Support the CEO on ad-hoc strategic projects, market research, and core operational tasks to move the venture forward.
