Venture Development Intern Intern / Student, Full-time · Berlin (HQ) Our mission for you Help shape the future of energy with us! As a Venture Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in building trawa across all core areas and will experience hands-on what it means to be an operator.

Experience what it means to build a fast-growing startup: Supercharge sales and GTM. You assist in developing new go-to-market initiatives and help optimize customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth. Optimize internal operations.

You support the development and refinement of internal workflows, tools, and processes to help us scale efficiently. Collaborate with leadership. You work closely with senior leadership on customer projects and the design of operational processes and systems. Lead your own initiatives.

You take ownership of cross-functional projects, drive them forward independently, and are responsible for their success. From concept to execution, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact. Take operational responsibility.

You will experience what it means to run a business, deliver outputs to clients and get your hands dirty in everyday operations. Who are we looking for? Standout candidates who want to grow with us. Advanced Bachelor’s student, in your gap year, Master’s student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements.

You have a strong track record – analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high degree of independence set you apart. You’re highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to take real responsibility. You have first practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy, or investment banking.

You communicate clearly and effectively – both in German and English. Your work has a direct influence and you can be proud of your results.
