You’ll support our co‑founders and leadership team directly while keeping our Zurich HQ running smoothly. /p h3Tasks /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul libExpert network management: /b Manage our network of AI experts, including hiring, contracts, and payments /li libAI Project management: /b Run all operational steps from task assignment to QA and final delivery /li libCommunication hub: /b Act as a link between engineering, founders, and solution engineering /li libStrategic customer success: /b Support our technical customers and key accounts with a calm and helpful approach /li libProcess optimization: /b Shape and refine our processes, suggest improvements, and introduce useful automations /li libProduct and platform management: /b Support product management for our operations platform together with engineering and founders /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pYou’re a strong candidate if you: /p ul liHave 3–4 years of work experience in either consulting, engineering/data science, operations management, human data, or finance admin, or are a highly organized professional with a solutions engineering or technical background in GenAI with a sharp sense of ownership. /li liAre fluent in English.
