The Opportunity
We are seeking an Equity-Based Co-Founder (Head of Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy) to join our core team.
You know how to sell to clinicians and hospital administrators.
• Strategic Thinker: You can translate complex clinical benefits into compelling value propositions.
• Hands-On Executor: You are comfortable wearing multiple hats - branding, digital marketing, sales pipelines, and user acquisition.
• Location: You are based in, or willing to relocate to, Mainz, Germany (on-site presence is required for team synergy and hospital partnerships).
• Mindset: You are resilient, data-driven, and excited by the chaos and reward of early-stage startup life.
Do you want to build something that saves lives while securing your financial runway? We are a pre-seed HealthTech startup based in Mainz, Germany , developing an innovative AI-driven wound assessment tool designed for clinics and emergency responders. We have the tech, we have the clinical data, and we have the vision.
Now, we need the right partner to tell the story. This is not just a job; it is a partnership. The "Bonus": We are currently preparing our application for the prestigious German EXIST Startup Grant . If selected, this provides a monthly stipend for 12 months (covering living costs/salary) in addition to equity.
This significantly de-risks the early-stage co-founder experience. Who You Are
• Marketing Native: You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS, MedTech, or HealthTech marketing.
What You'll Do
• Define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our wound assessment platform.
• Build brand awareness among emergency responders and clinic networks in DACH region and beyond.
• Lead user research and customer discovery to refine our product-market fit.
• Develop marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and sales decks.
• Collaborate closely with our Product and Clinical Co-Founders to align messaging with feature development.
