Your Role

Assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email & chat

Troubleshoot issues and guide users with clear solutions

Deliver top-quality customer service

Keep accurate records of interactions
You Bring

Turkish C2 + English B2
•
Strong communication & customer service skills
•
Team player, adaptable, positive attitude
•
EU citizenship or valid work permit
•
Experience is a plus, but not required
