Visiting Analyst, Venture Investing

Acton Capital is looking for a Visiting Analyst to join their investment team in Munich. This role involves sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, supporting deal management, and contributing to the fund’s daily operations. What You’ll Do

• Screen the market for investment opportunities.

• Support the team in closing and managing deals.

• Conduct market research and approach companies directly.

• Assist in the investment process, including deal preparation and due diligence.

• Manage or support projects related to portfolio and fund operations.

What You Need

• Experience in the internet or startup industry.

• Currently enrolled at a top-tier university, preferably at the Master’s level.

• Initial work experience in operational or service roles, like consulting or banking.

• Strong understanding of AI-enabled business models.

• Analytical mindset with empathy for customer needs.
