Job Description We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Specialist, Total Rewards (Equity) to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Join the team that champions the employee experience at Delivery Hero.

As part of the People & Culture Team, you’ll help attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.

Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our Berlin Headquarters, and in around 65 countries Manage our global Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), in particular LTIP grants, ESPP enrolments, stock option exercise windows, RSU releases and global compliance Ensure data accuracy and smooth process flows in the equity administration tool and our HRIS (Workday) Play an important role in decision making and finding innovative solutions for complex challenges utilizing data, facts and trends Serve as a first point of contact for any matter regarding compensation and benefits, particularly equity Work closely with the Legal and Finance team Qualifications You are driven by the idea of building an ‘amazing employee Reward experience’ You have 3+ years experience of managing equity, compensation, HR or global mobility programs You hold an academic degree You have strong analytical, project management and excel skills Excellent communication skills in English, and you are an expert in training and explaining Reward to employees You know how to find a key to every person, and know how to build strong relationships with your stakeholders Additional Information Make the most of our hybrid working model and join the team for face‑to‑face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week We offer 27 days holiday with an extra day on 2nd and 3rd year of service We will support you in developing yourself and your career growth opportunities: 1.000 € Educational Budget, Language Courses, Parental Support and access to the Udemy Business platform to explore a variety of online courses.
