The firm is looking to hire an experienced Partner level candidate. /ppThis team advises leading private equity funds and portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle, including Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), Value Creation and/or Growth Strategy. /ppThe firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact work to private equity investors while maintaining a sustainable consulting model, with a hybrid working structure (typically two days in office and three days remote) and limited client travel. /ph3Key Requirements /h3pPrivate Equity consulting experience: /pulliCandidates should have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience within a leading strategy consultancy or specialist private equity advisory firm.
Experience delivering CDDs/ODDs, and/or Top-line or Bottom-line value creation work for private equity portfolio companies is essential. /liliProven track record leading or supporting multiple private equity engagements /liliExperience in at least one core sector such as Technology and Software, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Industrials, Consumer/Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Energy or B2B Professional Services. /liliAbility to manage client relationships, lead project teams and contribute to business development activities.
