About the job
We’re currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Venture Growth team. The Venture Growth team is currently a five person team that works closely with multiple other teams within Tether to assess investment opportunities, unlock synergies and create strategic value.
Responsibilities Conduct screening and assessment of new investment opportunities in collaboration with the broader investment team, including market sizing, competitive analyses, and business model validation.
The position is 100% remote and will focus on expanding and accelerating Tether Ventures investment portfolio, ranging from seed and early stage investments to late stage, growth and strategic majorities.
This role will also work with external C‑level executives and board representatives on strategic planning, oversight and execution of key initiatives, monitoring, business planning/budgeting and KPIs.
