Senior Associate (m/f/d) Commercial Due Diligence
As part of A&M’s integrated team within the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, you will support the Commercial Due Diligence leadership team in advising leading private equity funds and their portfolio companies on strategic commercial decisions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Work with cross‑functional project teams to address challenges and collaborate across due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD. Responsibilities Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of due diligence projects across various industries.
Drive in‑depth analyses to uncover transaction risks and identify post‑transaction value‑creation opportunities. Deliver concise, high‑quality reports focusing on key topics within the shortest possible time. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying insights to clients and stakeholders.
