Qualifications Minimum 4–8 years of professional experience in Private Equity or Corporate/M&A Strong client focus, analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in German and English; high‑level communication skills Relevant academic background (law or business) and a successful track record in the German market is preferred Commitment to partnership development and interest in a long‑term career in a major law firm Responsibilities Provide legal advisory and support services in Private Equity and Corporate/M&A transactions, participate in transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting of documents, and negotiations.
