Your tasks As an AI Engineer, with focus on A/ML-Ops, you'll collaborate closely with our product and tech team to bring AI-driven features reliably into production and keep them running at scale.

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience. • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, skills with a creative approach to problem-solving. • Willingness to learn new technologies, work within uncertainties and adapt to changing requirements. • Communication skills, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.

In this role, you'll engage in: • Productionizing AI/ML systems: Take models and AI features from prototype to robust, scalable, well-monitored production systems - designing the pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling that make this possible. • MLOps & Infrastructure: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, model deployment workflows, monitoring, and observability for AI/ML systems, including LLM-based and agentic applications. • End-to-End Development:Transform research insights into production-ready features through careful planning, prototype development, quality assurance, and seamless integration of AI functionalities. • Problem Solving & Innovation:With a curious and analytical mindset, you'll ask the deeper "why" questions to uncover root problems, explore creative solutions, and bring them to life. • Take a product-focused approachand care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use.

While you'll take on significant responsibility, you're never alone. Who we’re looking for • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in: Data-Sience, Machine learning, Deeplearning, MLOps Generative AI & AI-Agents. With a proven track record of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions in production environments.

Focus is especially on bridge from prototype to bring it into production. • Strong Software-Engineering OR Data-Science background. We are creators, not rule followers.
