We’re an early‑stage team of fewer than 10 people (founders + engineers + marketing) building fast in this new category. Search has moved from links to direct answers, and we help companies get cited, trusted, and recommended by AI. We need a Product/Project Manager who won’t just manage tickets but will own the roadmap end‑to‑end—defining what we build based on market trends and driving execution to ship it.
Ideally, you combine product thinking (strategy, customer insights, AI/SEO curiosity) with project discipline (sprints, scoping, unblocking engineers). This is for someone who wants real ownership to build from the start all the way to market leadership. Based in Zürich, with the founders (remote now; office with flexibility in a few months).
Responsibilities Own the product roadmap end-to-end, defining what we build based on market trends. Drive execution to ship features to market. Translate fast‑moving AI landscape into clear features. Apply product thinking (strategy, customer insights, AI/SEO curiosity) and project discipline (sprints, scoping, unblocking engineers).
Work directly with founders to set strategy and execute. Qualifications Experience in product management with strong strategy and user‑centric thinking. Familiarity with AI and SEO trends. Project discipline: ability to manage sprints, scope work, and unblock engineers. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with founders.
