Private Equity Expert Location: Remote (U.S. / UK / Canada / Europe / Australia) Type: Contract Compensation: $130/hour Commitment: 10+ hours/week About the Role This opportunity is for experienced Private Equity professionals and Investment Banking Analysts interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.
The role involves assessing financial analyses, reviewing investment materials, and applying domain expertise to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Review market sizing and Total Addressable Market (TAM) assessments. Create and assess investment summaries, research reports, and investment memoranda.
Support Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and review. Participate in due diligence processes and transaction-related evaluations. Review and process NDA and other legal documentation. Source potential investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications Required At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking at a top-tier firm.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Financial Modeling Market Sizing / TAM Analysis Investment Analysis, Investment Summaries, and Investment Memoranda CIM Creation and Due Diligence NDA and Legal Document Processing Deal Sourcing Strong analytical, financial modeling, and investment research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
