The Private Equity Team is currently investing from 2 fund vehicles with a combined size of €1.0 billion and targets small- and midsized companies with positive impact in the Healthcare, Enterprise Software and Consumer industries.
Tasks Support the Private Equity Team in assessing investment opportunities and management of the existing portfolio You will become an integral part of the deal team to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including: Company and market research Screening, identification and evaluation of investment opportunities Financial analysis Preparation of investment committee presentations Requirements 1x spot available October 2026 - January 2027 (or longer) Previous internship experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently in a demanding environment Strong analytical and numerical skil Cathay Capital is a global investment platform managing >€6bn AUM in a range of investment strategies with more than 130 employees.
