Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and execute private equity investments across a variety of industries.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations and investment memoranda.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis and target screening.
• Participate in transaction execution, including buy-side processes, negotiations and due diligence.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Build relationships with founders, advisers, banks and other investment professionals.

Private Equity Associate / VP (2-7 Years' Experience)
Our client is a leading European private equity firm seeking an ambitious to join its Munich office.
Requirements
• 2-7 of years of experience gained at a top-tier Investment Bank, Strategy Consulting firm or Private Equity fund.
• Strong transaction experience in M&A, Private Equity or Corporate Finance.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable companies and precedent transactions).
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline with an excellent academic record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
