Our client, a leading mid market PE fund in Munich is looking to add strong talent to their team on Associate level
Responsibilitie
• Conduct market, company, and financial analysis to support private equity investment opportunities
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions
• Prepare investment materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives post-investment
Qualificatio
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoke
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases is an advantage
