In this role, you will: Drive the investment process end-to-end, from sourcing to evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and closing Lead deals into the investment committee and build the conviction case behind them Take board observer or board seats, and act as the primary partner to portfolio companies Develop and pressure-test investment theses in our focus areas, and translate sector deep dives into actionable pipeline Strengthen YZR's platform through research, tooling, and internal initiatives, and help build our network of founders and co-investors Support the GPs on internal projects Requirements Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, and curious mindset 5+ years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking Demonstrated deal experience: sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing Enthusiasm for new business models in the field of health tech High motivation, initiative, and a
