The Opportunity: We are looking for a stellar individual to support us with one of our newest and most promising technology start-ups within a new vertical of a successful HR tech business. In this role, you will:
• Validate New Verticals: Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities.
Co-decide on which business verticals to launch and define go-to-market strategies.
• Drive Sales & Growth: Lead key business development initiatives, generate leads, close deals, and build strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue and brand presence.
• Take Full Ownership: From ideation to execution, iterate on strategies and be fully accountable for results.
Test new ideas, learn, and refine approaches.
• Expand Your Network: Build relationships with top brands, entrepreneurs, and investors to bring big opportunities to life.
Requirements:
• Experience in challenging & high-paced environments (start-up, VC, consulting) preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university with 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Positive mindset, curiosity, can-do attitude, and embracing challenges.
• Interest in technology and consumer trends.
• Fluency in English; German optional.
