Your mission Brand Development Strengthen and evolve our brand identity across visuals, tone of voice, and storytelling Create a repeatable brand system (guidelines, templates, creative principles) that scales across channels and markets Build recognisable content “IP” (recurring formats/series) that audiences come back for Social (Organic + Paid) Own the content roadmap and publishing rhythm across key social channels Produce and/or direct social-first assets (video, static, short-form series) with strong packaging (hooks, captions, edits) Partner with growth/paid teams to develop high-performing creatives and iterate through testing cycles Turn performance insights into creative decisions (what to double down on, what to stop, what to test next) Collaborations & Community Develop collaboration concepts with creators, communities, and local partners Build lightweight partner toolkits (assets, briefs, formats) that make it easy for others to co-create and share Identify scalable “distribution levers” that expand reach without diluting brand What do you need Brand Building: You’ve demonstrated the ability to build brands through content, not just campaigns.

Location: see yourself working in one of our awesome offices in Cologne, Berlin or London and don’t want to work fully remote! The role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and growth - with the goal of building a scalable content system that earns attention, builds community, and strengthens brand preference.
Visual Taste: You have excellent visual taste and strong execution skills (design, editing; motion basics are helpful). Creative Strategy: You bring strong skills in positioning, format development, channel thinking and distribution.
Data Literacy: You feel comfortable working with data and understand core social and paid creative performance metrics. Hands-on Mentality: You move fast, are execution-focused and can ship work while raising the creative bar. Copywriting: You write strong hooks, captions and series framing.
Editing: You craft short-form storytelling with a clear narrative flow. Production: You handle creator briefing and direction for efficient content production. Design: You develop social-first design and packaging (format setup, thumbnails/title cards, recognizability).
Performance Mindset: You work test-driven, iterate quickly and apply insights to improve creative output. Football Culture: You bring an authentic understanding of sports/football culture, tone of voice and matchday dynamics. Languages: You’re fluent in German and English.
Advantage but not a must Brand Building: Brand-building experience in a D2C or agency environment with clear, measurable outcomes Motion Basics: Motion design / animation fundamentals (template-based, fast and scalable) Paid Creative: Paid social creative experience (performance creatives, ad variants, hook testing) Activation: On-ground activation experience (events/matchdays, local partner activations, on-site content) Why us?
