Your main responsibilities will include Advising on national and international small and mid cap transactions on both the buy and sell side for private equity investors and strategic acquirers Supporting buy and build strategies Advising on distressed transactions Working on complex, often cross border projects Your profile Above average legal qualifications combined with strong commercial awareness Proven interest in Private Equity / M&A in an international working environment Excellent, business fluent English skills High level of commitment, entrepreneurial mindset and a precise working style Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively at the highest professional level Interested?
